- 8 red or orange sweet type peppers (10 cups)
- 7 yellow or green sweet type peppers (9 cups)
- 3 cayenne peppers (approx. 4" to 5"
long)
- Jalapeno peppers - 2.5" to 3" long, 5 to 7 for
MILD ~ MEDIUM SALSA, adjusting amount of jalapeno peppers to your taste.
- 6 medium cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup coarse salt
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1.5 cups white vinegar
- 1 Pkg Big Dave's Salsa Spice
