CRANBERRY APPLE
SALSA






Ingredients Needed For
Big Dave's

UNCOOKED

CRANBERRY APPLE SALSA

  • 1 can of whole jellied Cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cups of Granny Smith Apples
  • 1 1/2 cups of diced pineapple and a 1/4 cup pinapple juice.
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup of green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 to 2 small Jalapeno peppers
    (adjust amount of jalapeno peppers to your taste)
  • 4 Tbs. of lemon juice, lime juice or white vinegar
  • 3 Tbs. fresh cilantro chopped very fine (optional)
  • 2 tsp. BIG DAVE'S Special spice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Recipe makes 5 to 6 cups of salsa.
Each package contains enough spices
to make the same recipes 5 times.

This salsa will keep for about
six days in the refrigerator.


Excellent with chicken, ham, pork, turkey,
or fish.
