Ingredients Needed for
BIG DAVE'S

MILD~HOT
SWEET & SOUR SALSA SAUCE


THIS IS A COOKED,
CANNING TYPE OF SALSA.
  • 15 cups of peeled, chopped & drained tomatoes
  • 7 cups chopped red peppers
  • 4 cups chopped onions
  • 6 to 8 large garlic cloves
  • 2 to 6 Jalapeno peppers de seeded,
    ( adjusting to your taste)
  • 1- 19 oz can of drained & chopped pineapple
  • 3 cups white vinegar
  • 3 1/2 cups yellow sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 5 tb. cornstarch
  • 4 tb. ground mustard
  • 2 tb. celery seed
  • 1 1/2 tb. pickling salt
  • 1 tb. black pepper
  • 1 tb. rubbed oregano
  • 1 PACK BIG DAVE"S SPECIAL SPICE


Recipe makes 15 to 16 pints of Mild ~ Hot
Sweet & Sour Salsa Sauce.

Package Ingredients: Natural spices and colour.
No MSG or Preservatives.


Excellent when used as a substitute
for Ketchup!
